- Registration fee includes (1) Conference Materials, (2) All Paper Sessions, (3) Refreshments and Lunches, and (4) Conference Dinner. No partial refund if the registrant does not attend any part of the event.
- All participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
- Your conference registration only becomes effective upon receipt of payment of the registration fee. No refund may be processed after payment settlement.
- Full-time students are required to upload a soft copy of their valid student ID cards in the online registration system for verification.

Payment Methods
- Please make online payment by VISA/Mastercard (in Hong Kong dollars).
- All registration fees will be charged in Hong Kong dollars. For overseas participants, the exact amount of the registration fee will be based on the exchange rate on the date of transaction.
- Please do NOT send cash, and NO cheque is accepted.
Invitation Letter
If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa to attend the conference, please indicate on the online registration form.
